We had an excellent experience at Bloomington CJDR where we purchased a lightly used '24 Ram 2500 December 2025. Our salesman Jay Ojeda (O-he-da) was responsive, fair and easy to deal with. We came in with a trade vehicle and their offer was better than we expected. When we went into financing there were no surprises and we were treated like friends. We came in with our own financing secured but their financing manager Don Daniels was able to provide a better rate than our bank so we gladly gave them the business. Great experience from before I even walked in the door! I was browsing the used inventory online, received an email from Liam in the sales department asking if I had any questions, if I wanted to make an appointment to come view any vehicles I was interested in, etc - all without being pushy. Greeted at the door for my appointment, test drive went great, seamless process from the application to financing to walking out the door within 2 hours with my new-to-me Jeep! Took my jeep there for an inspection on January 30… my jeep ran totally fine, this was for routine maintenance… it is now February 26 and I have experienced more issues in the last 4 weeks than I have in the previous 7+years total with this car. Do not take your vehicle there! They do not know what they are doing!!
