Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Bordentown

Over 2 hour wait, place has 2 bays, either understaffed or no care for customers time. Loss of revenue and time here, backups create chaos in the parking lot from side entrance, needs to model the lot for proper queue lines. Place has a lot of potential but many employees are dragging their feet not listening to management, taking their sweet time.

Worst BB I ever been to, this is what I paid $177 for ! Look at this mess ! They didn't even bother removing the piece of a broken pallet inside the trailer! Be careful and have them wash over and over again if you don't get what you paid for !!!

Yesterday I took my truck to Blue Beacon for a wash, expecting the high-quality service they advertise, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The wash was rushed, and there were several spots that they missed entirely. I could still see dirt on parts of the body and some of the wheels. For the price and the time I spent waiting, I expected a thorough wash, but it didn’t feel like the truck got the attention it deserved. It seems like the team might have been focused more on speed than quality. I paid 82$ not with it at all I hope they can improve their standards and ensure that each truck is truly clean before sending it off

This night crew gets it done here! I can say a few other locations could use the Teamwork this crew has. I'll definitely come here when im in the area!!!

Trash!!! Before I pulled out I had to ask them to wash the bugs off the windshield. They weren't happy. They said "we are busy, if you need a re-wash, you'll have to go get in line... I already spent 2 hours in the line, and it was longer when I got out... The windshield wasn't washed off... Bugs all over it... Even the flatbed trailer wasn't cleaned
