Made the purchase of our second travel trailer through this dealership. Our salesman Christian was super attentive and was always quick to respond to questions. We did have refund from our old unit, which took awhile to receive. Once I was able to contact management at both the store and regional level, the refund check was quickly issued.

A lot of reviews say sales is great and everything after is lacking—but it’s important to understand this is a high-volume dealership, so some delays are simply part of the process. We purchased our brand new Jayco Pinnacle in the spring of 2025. Our salesman was wonderful, but once we left his desk it was a nightmare. Very long story short, our camper was at the dealership more than we were able to camp for the summer. We spent countless days at the dealership as well as on the phone with Jayco. We lost money on reserved campsites that had to be cancelled. There is an ongoing electrical issue, major flooding issue from the slide when we travel on rainy days and other items. The people were very nice, telling us how sorry they were for all our issues but they never did fix it. I had a very frustrating experience with Blue Compass RV. They made a major error with the warranty and loan paperwork, even finalizing a loan for the wrong unit despite the fact that I never took delivery. When I asked to cancel the deal and get my deposit back, they became unresponsive and made the process much harder than it needed to be. I eventually had to get the Regional Finance Director involved just to get it resolved. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing from them. We ordered a Rockwood 2606ws travel trailer and it came in last week. So far it’s perfect! Our sales person was Jonathan. We can’t say enough good about him from the first encounter until the phone call after it was in our driveway, checking to see all was well. It was the nicest buying experience we have had. No pressure, and lots of patience with my many questions. Everyone we dealt with here was pleasant, but Jonathan went over and above what he had to do.
