I just purchased a used Explorer ST from the keeler pre owned center. I dealt with Robin as the initial contact who set me up with salesman Chris Rodriguez. The whole buying process was wonderful. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely recommend others to purchase from keeler and deal with Chris.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Keeler. From start to finish, these guys were so delightful to work with. Our salesman, Stone, made the whole process of car buying such a positive experience. Plus, I got an amazing deal on the car I have been wanting. Thank you, Stone, for everything!! I will definitely choose Keeler again in the future!!

My daughter found a 2022 VW Taos online and made an appointment to come see it. We were introduced to Don, who took us out on a test drive. We really liked the car and the price was very competitive. Don was very professional and understood the assignment right out of the gate. He took the time to explain how every detail of the car. She really enjoyed the process. We liked the car and agreed to buy it. We were then turned over to Leslie to handle the financing and paperwork. Since we had our own she asked if we minded running an application through them to see if they could match or beat the rate. We agreed and made arrangements

Recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas from BMW, MINI of Latham, and the experience was outstanding! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Leslie Campion worked wonders in getting us approved, and we’re incredibly grateful for her expertise and dedication. Our sales representative, Christopher Rodriguez, was fantastic. He listened to our needs and answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect Atlas for our family. We were amazed at how quickly everything came together; we got approved the same day and drove our new car home that evening. The entire team was warm, friendly, non judgmental. Their professionalism and genuine care made the whole process a pleasure. We were updated when it came to each steps and procedure.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nemer Volkswagen. I purchased a mirror cover that was unused and returned in proper condition, yet my return was denied without a clear or fair explanation. On top of that, they applied a restocking fee and sent the denial through a no-reply email, leaving no real channel to resolve the issue. This is not how a reputable dealership should treat customers. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and an unfair return process. I would not recommend buying parts from them online.
