Kaiser Body Shop Inc

I can't say enough about the amazing work Kaiser's does. Way back in 1998, I needed some body work and I had a difficult color to match. They made it look like it never had work done. I've had 4 more vehicles in since then, and as you will see from the pics, they still have the golden touch, no pun intended. There's no where else on the planet I'd take my Acura's, especially this one. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helps you through the process, whether using insurance or not. I missed my baby while it was away, but it looks so good, I'm so glad to have it back. Folks, you don't have to worry about how your car will look. These people are the best, they know what they're doing, and it just gives peace of mind, especially when you have a mishap with a beloved vehicle. Just look at the

Kaiser Body Shop made a stressful situation easy. There was great communication regarding part delays from the dealer and Kristen kept on them to get my parts in a reasonable time. Cary did a great job with the insurance agency so I didn't have to lift a finger regarding the amount the person's insurance was willing to pay out. Enterprise also brought me a loaner SUV to Kaiser Body Shop and picked it up from there when I was done. What looked like a little cracked piece of plastic ran almost $3k because these bumpers come in 3 different pieces. The repair team did an amazing job and my bumper looks perfect. Don't hesitate to use this business for your collision repairs.

Kaiser Body Shop was originally recommended to me by a Toyota salesperson a number of years ago. My latest business with them was in October 2024. I rarely write reviews, but this quality business deserves the highest of ratings. The employees from top to bottom are friendly, helpful, and flexible. They know how to deal with insurance companies and to "properly" restore your vehicle. My 2024 Corolla was returned to me looking better than it did out of the showroom. You probably won't get "next day restorations," because their services are in demand, but it is worth the wait!

This review is sorely overdue and duly earned: I have had a few cars that I manage get some major bumps, scrapes, and fender benders which Kaiser lovingly took the headache out of. They not only navigated the insurance aspect skillfully, but they also beautifully restored my vehicles back to better than new. True craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays, and amazingly you will find it at Kaiser's conveniently located body shop in Latham. Thank you so very much for all of your work!

I highly recommend Kaiser Body Shop. They were excellent to deal with damage to my bumper and working with my insurance a few months ago. I went back again and they replaced my antenna quickly and at an unbelievably reasonable price. They talked me through what the damage was and how it could be fixed without replacing my roof. I do not want any additional damage to my car but I would not hesitate to go back to them!!
