The service advisors, RV technicians and parts manager (not all shown, of course) are fantastic: helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We’ve been full time RVing for a little over a year & have dealt with plenty of repair shops across the country. This past week we’ve had a few interactions with Blue Compass in Fort Myers to get our leveling system fixed and help with parts for our HVAC. It was the best experience we’ve had so far. Kids are growing out of toddler stage so, the wife and I decided our family was ready to make a dream of ours come true. Decided to purchase a Grand Design 2800bunkhouse travel trailer. Felt comfortable with the purchase price picked it up a few days later. From the get go plumbing issues leaking in our brand new trailer. We try to setup to get it back in as we knew we had a manufacturer warranty of a full year. Keeping in mind we have all these trips planned with our friends. No sales manager will return our calls, leave the gm several messages. No response. Finally, just bring it in to drop off because determined this is the only way I’ll ever get to talk to someone. My husband and I are super pleased with the all the folks on the sales team along with our first experiences with the Service Department. All personnel are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the RV industry. We were served with utmost respect every visit and every phone call. Professional, patient, courteous, and caring all the way! Shea, in the service department, was amazing; very patient with every question, thorough analysis with explanations, and concerned that our expectations were met. Their new facility is expansive and super nice and I found it to be very accommodating for a customer. Completes assurance for our new purchase!

We started using the new location of the dealership in the past two months, and the change is amazing!!! They are completing the work with the same day or a day later. Super nice people that I haven’t seen in the older place, specifically, Megan and Chris are doing amazing job. The sales people are also very nice. This change is so welcoming. This is by far one of the best dealership to shop and service your RV. I am extremely happy with them.

I visited this location for service on my 2025 Entegra Qwest. Megan came out and introduced herself and from the first minute, she listened to all of my concerns. Throughout the entire repair process she kept her word, and commitments, and she was amazing at keeping me informed on progress and parts.
