New Update on the last service of my BMW car at this location in Barrington; Excellent service from the staff, from scheduling the appointment over the phone and online follow-up to the attention of the Service Advisor, Justin Gundlach who’s very knowledgeable and clear pointing out the best recommendations on Auto services and car repairs. Impeccable and top professional work from the Technician team. Immaculate facilities and efficient service is totally remarkable in every visit I’ve done. Highly recommended.

Despite negative feedbacks, I still love this place. If you come with the right attitude and ask, then you get what you have asked for Jorge Torres helped to get the car serviced after 4pm and done by 6. I did not wait since they called for an uber . Complimentary car wash was another cool thing. Much appreciated

Recently brought my wife’s BMW in for service and had the pleasure of meeting Tre my advisor and Barry the Manager. The care and attention they gave me was unmatched. Not to mention they fixed the car on the 1st try. Hands down the best BMW service I have ever experienced. Ty and your great team!!

I dropped off my car on Friday to have a background noise issue fixed, which was caused by the pump. While the mechanical issue seems to have been resolved, the rest of the experience was disappointing. My original pickup date was Monday, but it was delayed twice, and I did not receive the car until Wednesday. Furthermore, I was notified that someone hit my car while it was at the shop, and now the grill needs to be replaced. I am shocked that my car was damaged while in your care, and I am very disappointed that no one has offered an apology for this.

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, 200$ for an OIL CHANGE Second, 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE Third, they would return your car with a check engine light and would tell you either nothing or you’ve had it already. That Australian guy who did our car charged us $200 for an oil change. Good thing we keep receipts and showed him how much we paid before $119!!! EVERYONE TRYING TO GO BACK HERE MAKE SURE TO KEEP RECEIPTS OR FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET ANYTHING DONE FOR YOUR CAR. DO NOT RISK IT!!!!
