We have always received excellent service at BMW. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and attentive. This will be the second car we purchase here, and they have also handled all of our maintenance services. A special thank you to Andrés in the Service Department for always being so helpful and efficient, and to Cam Miele in the Sales Department for providing an outstanding car-buying experience. I’m sharing my experience with Fields BMW Winter Park so other owners are aware. I brought my 2012 BMW X6 xDrive50i to this dealership multiple times over the past few years for the same recurring electrical and rear lighting issue. The symptoms included brake-light malfunction warnings, low-energy/battery management messages, and repeated failures of the rear lighting system. Over three visits I paid approximately $2,445 in diagnostics and repairs. The first visit involved electrical inspection and wiring work, the second visit involved replacing brake-lamp sockets, and the third visit concluded with a diagnostic report stating both rear tail-lamp assemblies were melted and needed replacement. Terrible. Compared to other similar dealerships and service departments. This is to the owners of the franchise. I wouldn't do any business with your dealership due to the not awesome experience at service. If I were to be interested in exchanging or adding a new BMW to my collection, it would truly be from any other BMW dealer that has nothing to do with fields, especially your location, thanks for understanding. I received a very kind and cordially service from Merari Cora. But my car had a warning in dashboard that wasn’t fixed. The day after I called and I was told they didn’t use specific tool,so that’s why they didn’t notice and if took my vehicle back, they said I will be charged again for inspection.😡 This all happened at Fields South Orlando.

I am beyond disappointed with the level of customer service at this dealership. I’ve spent two hours trying to get through to the loaner vehicle department, and no one bothers to answer the phone. It’s as if the employees are deliberately avoiding customers, making the experience unnecessarily frustrating. This level of neglect and disorganization makes me question if they even care about their customers after the sale. It almost feels like they’re trying to drive people away from buying BMWs altogether. Absolutely unacceptable for a premium brand. I expected far better service. Would not recommend this dealership unless they make significant improvements.
