My first experience with the dealership was as a service customer where I met the service manager, Paul and service writer Tim. I was having trouble with my truck and they went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was right. They are fantastic and the reason that I came to Brockland when I was ready to buy a new truck. Then I met your salesman Tim and he was also fantastic helping me purchase my new Sierra 1500 AT4. I can’t say enough good things about the service and the experience we’ve had there. I will no doubt continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! The sales staff was absolutely amazing! My mother drove in from Tennessee and bought a New Acadia! Wyatt was the salesman, best salesman we ever had! Scott and Chad assisted throughout the process, thank you for the hospitality and love, my mother truly felt it! We finished off the process with Brent, the finance manager. After finding a used Buick online I stopped by this morning and left with exactly what I wanted and Needed. From being greeted by Tom "Moe" Suarez sales consultant who was so professional and very non pushy . To the general Manager Doug Niemeyer. And Finance manager Brent. This experience confirms my faith that true Family run dealerships still do exist and do things right. From beginning to end was truly impressed thanks everyone!

Buyer beware! ZERO service after the sale of a vehicle. Purchases a car less than 30 days ago. Check engine light came on and I notified them immediately about this. They then came back and told me I’d have to pay for a diagnostic fee(that that would discount the fee how nice of them to $100./hr) just to find out what the issue is. I had it diagnosed at another trusted mechanic and called Bob Brockland back who then told me that oh, we’re sorry but that part isn’t covered by any warranty and it will be my expense. I haven’t even had the car 30 days now I’m out another $1,800 bucks. Thanks a lot Bob Brockland for backing your service after sale. Very fast service for it to be a holiday weekend. Dropped my truck off the day before thanksgiving.. & received it back Dec 2nd. I didn't know what was wrong with my truck and they figured it out and fixed it at a reasonable price. I will be returning in. Everyone was so nice
