These guys are the best, especially Heath, he is so easy to work with and thorough on explanations. Super honest, no pressure, and totally okay if you decide not to go with a recommendation. As a woman, I really appreciate how respectful and upfront they are — no trying to pull one over on you, just good people doing honest work. You can usually tell when a repair shop is trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and with them I get zero pushy energy and no dramatic sales pitch. I was offered a service and when I asked if I turned it down how long do they think it would be before the issue became a problem and I was right back in there at the exact time they told me I would be (few months). I also love that they will take payment over the phone and leave your vehicle ready to be picked

Great experience with T&M Automotive! I work next door and was having issues with my tire. Heath, the general manager, came over to take a look to ensure I don't damage my tire more by driving over and found the problem right away. Super friendly and professional! Go see Heath and his team!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from T&M Roadside Assistance. I requested help over TWO HOURS ago, and no one ever showed up. When I called to check on the status, the representative who answered the phone was immediately rude and unprofessional.I also recorded a 2nd call of me asking for the manager. She didn’t even ask for my name — she just assumed I was someone else and told me they didn’t have a request for me. When I calmly explained my name is Mariah and not whoever she was referring to, she still dismissed me and told me to call my service provider, without asking any questions or attempting to look into the situation. Had the best experience at T & M Automotive. After having multiple issues at two different BMW dealerships… T & M hit it out of the park. The staff is extremely professional and HONEST!
