Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car from here on Friday morning (day after Thanksgiving) for 7:30am pick up. Arrived a bit after 8 (since they are typically running behind) and still needed to wait for my car to be washed and vacuumed, on my arrival. Car was wet so agent mentioned that we "shouldn't" see any cracks or dings that aren't already documented, once the car dries. Taking the car for a 6 hour drive, a few states over. Stopped at a gas station then could not turn the car back on. Initially thought it was the key fob. Tried tapping to push to start button, still nothing. Was able to get a jump start from a local and car started. Finally make it to my destination and car died again and needed to be jump started once more, so I parked it. They made up their own rules. Tried to get a rental car but I only had a debit card, not credit card. My mom was with me (we’re from out of state and trying to get back home) but they wouldn’t rent it to her because I was the one driving. Called corporate and they said that my mom just needs to say I’m her surrogate driver and that will work. But didn’t want to give them my business, so went down the road to St. Louis and had no issues. Save yourself the pain and just got little down the road to St. Louis and steer clear from this place.

Rented a car and it went great. So easy and the young man was so friendly and made sure everything went super smooth! Definitely going back! Great customer service.

Jason and the rest of his team took great care of me and provided a sweet Hyundai Sonata! It was very affordable, low mileage, clean, and very fuel efficient, with a sports car like interior and performance! An exceptional AAA+++ experience!
