False advertisement. Drove 200 miles to buy vehicle. Ad had car with tray. We agreed on price but sales manager said no to the tray cause he had recently reduced car. Lost sale for 130 dollar tray. It's a matter of honesty. What else was he lying about or not saying about the vehicle. Buys beware. Was buying 2025 elantra hybrid.

I was thrilled to be able to get a same day appointment & amazed how quickly I heard back from the service team. We appreciated the video overview of the assessment, Nate's quick follow-up call, & him taking the time to discuss each item with us patiently & thoroughly. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful & pleasant. We were treated with fairness & there was no pressure. We are now empowered with more information & will be back for service in the future.

I came in to get My low beam light replaced. The dealership quoted me $51. I was told to come in at 3:00. I arrived at 2:37, and they said it would only take about 1/2 hour. I was there until 5:00 pm. My bill was $234.00. They found a rodents nest under the hood, charged us $87, to clean it out, said we bought the wrong bulb, and charged for a new bulb, and labor. Bill came to $234, which we weren't expecting. NOT HAPPY.

It gets very aggravating when you go to a dealership that you should be able trust. Every time I get this print out of what my car needs it's always stuff that's been done. Belts filters and plugs and brakes and all has been done in less than 1k miles ago. I spent last 30 years as a mechanic (Technician) so I know how it works but that car has always had trusted certified people doing my repairs. Just a shame.
