I never give anything less than five stars really as long as the delivery experience is okay as far as unloading goes but I will say this backing into this place is tough. I chose to Blind Side back because sight side just was not feasible I will say this if they have pickup trucks parked on the dock have them move them because that's going to make everything a hell of a lot easier. The guy told me that he has had people refused to deliver here because it's so tough to get in but I wasn't about to go to that extreme

Blatant scammers who love to hold your vehicle until you pay all of their surprise fee’s! If you want a shop of blatant scammers come here! they will attempt to tell you like in my case that a random assortment of parts are broken regardless of whether your car is running or not. Want a mandatory $200 oil change and air filter swap too? Fantastic! These guys have got you covered whether you tell them no or not, if you want them to fix your car it has to come with all the extras! After bringing in a running vehicle inquiring about just replacing the starter they tried to say that both my alternator and starter were out. If this were truly the case the car wouldn’t have started to get me there in the first place.

Worst service ever! Tire manager total wack job

RV tire blow out on the way to Florida. The crew here got me back on the road quickly and efficiently services are top-notch excellent selection of tires and knowledgeable personnel. Prices are reasonable, no extra work recommended. Search no further. This is the store to go to.

Been waiting over 5 1/2 hours on a tire that was supposed to be here in the morning. I've been a customer here for over 20 years with exceptioal service from the past. I moved to Columbus, Ohio several months ago and have communicated with Maurice a few times over the past 2 weeks regarding a defective tire which he had been very polite when speaking to me. I've sat here waiting on this tire before heading back to Columbus, Ohio. I would've had the tire replaced in Columbus, but they no longer service automobiles, only trucks. Cincinnati, Ohio was the closest store, which at that point, I drove another 30 minutes to where I purchased the tire. To all you Managers out there, NEVER tell a customer to relax after driving over 2 hours over a defective tire and have that customer wait almost 6
