Urb's Garage and Tire -Erlanger

I can't say enough good things about this place! 1st time customer, needed 4 brand new tires, oil change, filter change and inspection of an issue I had. Got everything fixed same day, very reasonable price (cheaper than all the places I've called local or big). The service was amazing. Workers were so kind, answered all of my many questions. They won't rip you off. They made sure I didn't have to pay even a penny more than what I needed to. Good, honest, and reliable service. You got yourself a forever customer!

My ignition coil went bad and I thought the worst as my car just would not move and I figured it was the last days of my beloved 2010 CRV. But ALAS!!! The team at Urb's got me RIGHT in and had my car running by the end of the day. The customer service over the phone and in person was spot on (I worked customer service for years) When I am met with even the smallest service I am impressed the Team here went above and beyond in my books/experience. If you're in the area I recommend them. I have had bad experiences at other local shops but WILL be bringing my vehicle back here for more work 😊

These guys are the real mvps! Ended up here unfortunately during a roadtrip and had a transmission issue. They were able to help me and were super fast even with a complex issue and holiday around the corner. I’m thankful for the entire team and can’t imagine a better shop being in this area!

Finally a garage with old school service. Great employees that are truthful, reliable and quick. I haven't been this happy to be referred somewhere in a long time. No one likes having to get their car fixed, but when I need something done, I know they'll take care of me abc my car at a reasonable rate.

Excellent service start to finish. Everything explained and priced up front. Same day service, wirh complementary uber too and from the he shop. Reasonably priced and very thorough. Will never go anywhere else again.
