Take 5 Oil Change

I always have a great experience at Take5 on Donaldson (this location specifically). They are fast and friendly, always explain what they are doing and have never been too pushy with the “sales” aspect. I’ve been going here a little over a year now and don’t see myself switching anytime soon :) Steven is great and always has a positive attitude. I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed. Kyle and PJ were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They were out of stock of the air filter I needed, but asked if I had time to wait a little bit they would have one delivered for me. And sure enough in less than 10 mins the air filter was delivered and they were able to take care of me! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!

My experience at this location was amazing!!! My first time at Take5 and it will not be the last!!! I didn't have to wait too long and the 2 gentleman (Steven and Dalton, in which Dalton is the manager) talked to me and treated my bestie and I with respect and like we were all friends or family members. Had a coupon in which Dalton gladly honored but also gave me another few dollars off! They topped off fluids, checked my tires, and even cleaned off my windshield. Superior service!! PJ and I am so sorry I did not catch the other young man's name was INCREDIBLE!!!! They helped me get my oil topped off when we discovered it had a very significant leak under my jeep in 2 places. On 2/2/2026 at about 7 or 730 pm PJ and her amazing colleague checked my jeep out throughly and gave me photos so I could send them to my mechanic to ensure I was safe to drive the 60 miles home. I really appreciate them and all they did. I did have to pay my mechanic a lot of money to fix it but the security of knowing I had the oil I needed to make it home was priceless!!! They both need raises!!!! They represented your company very professiinally. I work in the area and knowing I am secure when away from home is so important! I will always be eternally grateful for all they did for my safety.

Technician PJ was very good. Kept me informed of everything as the process worked through. I have marked overpriced as the price was high, which would be fine if it had been an as-advertised "ten minute oil change", rather than closer to 25 minutes. Paying for convenience is one thing; paying that same price for less convenience is inconvenient. I had been there a previous evening and waited behind the one bay in use over 20 minutes before I left. Good service, but do not expect the promised 10 minute oil change.
