This review is only about your vacuum services. I and many other people frequent this location, but it appears that the employees responsible for servicing the vaccumes are either lazy and don't want to service the vacuums on a daily basis or there just simply isn't anyone to do it. People will drive out to your location Thinking they can use your vacuum, and then they're told it's out of service. Today I showed up and one vacuum is out of service The other one was just full of quarters, and nobody wanted to come and clean it out when I asked. They just were willing to give me my quarterback which got stuck. That's just laziness. This is irritating for people who frequent this location. Please fix it. Have people out there to service the vacuum cleaners, it's really simple to do.

Bobby & Steve’s was an absolute life saver today. They were open on Sunday, and within 2 hours were able to diagnose a spark plug issue, acquire parts, and get us off on the road. Really kind and considerate staff.

I brought my car in while on a road trip with a suspected inverter pump issue. I had already replaced the burnt amp fuse and driven the car in. I informed the shop of my findings, specifically mentioning the distinct chlorinated, electrical burning odor coming directly from the inverter pump assembly, which is a strong diagnostic indicator of internal failure. The service employee was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process, but the company's policies are concerning. My 2-star rating is based purely on the shop's policies regarding pricing, transparency, and parts/fluids: 1.
