Real good guys to work with real knowledgeable had our one excavator breakdown a few hours before a burial called Bob’s come and get us out of the way so we could dig the grave and get set up for the burial came out and got us out in plenty of time and dropped it so we can have it repaired and back into service thanks again, Mcallister Cemetery service

Terrible experience with these guys. They gave my truck back with horrible steering issues. When asked about it, we were told that the steering likely felt off because it was a very windy day. After further inspection, I found significant damage to the front steering components that was missed during the initial repairs. They have found an additional $3k in damage which will be covered by insurance, however they are also trying to charge me $700 for "normal wear" components. These parts are worn out because of the shoddy workmanship done by not fully repairing it in the first place.

I stopped by this weekend because my tire was low on air. The gentleman working were happy to help! Little did I know they had a difficult run that night you never would have known unless you asked. Great customer service!!

Took truck in to get estimate after 3 other body shops gave me an estimate of 2700 way below other places went with them only to b charged around 5000 they were not honest about bid I might have gone with someone else was not happy about this was not happy with there explanation for this

Bob's Auto Body sent a truck out to check on an oil problem in my Jeep. The guy put some oil in my car that I bought and told me I was safe to drive home. Didn't charge as they didn't need to do much. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to helping people with sudden car troubles. Thank you!
