Hi my name George and recently I had the best experience with service and sales here at Pauli Ford in St John’s Michigan. The service department was professional and knowledgeable as to an issue with my 2016 F150, unfortunately where I had bought the truck from another dealership out of state they didn’t put together the warranty I thought covered the repairs needed on my truck. Premium Care I asked for bumper to bumper and for it to cover everything possible with the vehicle, that is not what I got, I will be addressing them on their lack of service and not following up with me to upgrade the warranty that I notice a month or more ago wasn’t what I asked for on coverage and peace of mind. I’ve never had a poor customer experience with Pauli Ford. The service manager is knowledgeable and the team keeps me updated with future maintenance. One of the best services is the valet service for picking up and dropping off cars. Anyone who works long hours or unpredictable hours would understand and appreciate the entire team’s commitment for excellent service. I also enjoy being able to schedule online because I think of these things at the most inconvenient times. Would highly recommend servicing your vehicle here.

I dropped off my vehicle September 28, night before for a 7:30am scheduled appointment for a manufacturer recall. I received a call around 9:30am from salesman Nick with an estimated trade- in value of my vehicle. When I hadn't heard from the service department all day, I called them at 4:00pm to inquire about my vehicles service status. They told me it was done and i could come pick it up. When I arrived, they couldn't find my paperwork. When they finally found it, i asked them when my vehicle was actually done being serviced. They told me around 9:00am. I never received a call when it was done. I was going to leave town for Cleveland when it was finished but by the time I actually got it, it was too late. I recently visited for a recall service and had my tires balanced and rotated. The team called to confirm my appointment and even offered complimentary pickup and delivery, which was incredibly convenient. They kept me informed every step of the way through calls and text updates, and my car was returned within just a couple of hours. This was my first experience with them, and I’m impressed — I’ll definitely be bringing my other car as well here in the future.
