Northside Towing of Saint Johns

Our travel trailer broke a leaf spring and blew a tire. Alex from Northside came out in 20 minutes which was fast considering we were way out in the country. He was very considerate and thought through how to tow it without damaging the trailer more. The owner, Matt, also came out to help and was very kind. They picked it up and dropped it off without any incidents. I really appreciated their professionalism, but still down to earth customer care.

Let me just start off with I never leave reviews with a tow company because I don’t have a lot of nice things to say. (I’ve been towed maybe 4 times in the last 8 years and eveytime is horrible) Today we were half way to the waterpark for our daughter’s birthday. So we stopped at uncle John’s cider mill and when going to leave our truck didn’t start. Called our insurance company letting them know we needed a tow. They sent out northside towing. I can’t believe how fast they showed up they had it hooked up and towed back to our house (56miles away.) They were very nice every step of the way. The driver was very friendly. He even let our 6 year old son help with the controls. I can’t thank you guys enough for making this go so smoothly.

I’ve had to use this towing company multiple times for both lockouts and towing, and every single experience has been professional, fast, and stress-free. Getting your car towed or being locked out is never a great situation, but they made it so much easier to deal with. The drivers were respectful, punctual, and handled my vehicle with care. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. No attitude, no hassle — just solid service. It’s rare to find a company that’s consistently reliable, especially in stressful situations, but this team has earned my trust. If you need a tow or lockout service, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way.
