By far the best shop I've ever used to have work done to my car! They are extremely fair on pricing, and they've always had my car up and running quickly! I have been recommending Bob's to all my friends and colleagues in the area! 10/10

I had a great experience at this shop. They were able to get me scheduled earlier than some other local shops and dropping my car off was no hassle. Communication was great! They took the time to fully explain the issues. Although my car required specialized equipment to make the repair so they weren’t able to fix it in house, they provided advice on which shop they’d recommend to take it to and how to best explain the issues. They also recommended a strategy to prioritize the repairs to get the car in acceptable condition so I could later judge whether it was worth fully fixing or if the more affordable repair would be sufficient. Despite all the effort they put into identifying the issues and the time they took to explain it, they declined payment. These guys deserve whatever business

Hidden gem for the locals. I took my vehicle to Bob (and Brian) after the dealer told me I had to replace brakes (pads and calipers). Bob took a look at my brakes and told me straight up that he would be ripping me off if he changed the brakes because my brake pads still had good lifespan in them. Then he went onto telling me that most dealers recommend brake repair because it's something that's not visible to customers. Thank you for your high integrity and honesty, Bob!

Mark, Bob's son, saved us! We are on a family vacation road trip and had a problem. Mark came to our rescue even though he doesn't do roadside assistance. Totally above and beyond! Good people do exist! Use and support this local business. We need more people like Mark in this world. And, he is a very skilled mechanic. I wish we had a shop like this in our home neighborhood.
