Super fast service. Did me a HUGE favor today and helped me put a donut on my car during an emergency. Highly recommended to anyone around the area. The inside was super clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 100% would go back.

Highly recommended. I took my Subaru in to have my brake pads replaced. Simon and his team took great care of me. I felt like the pads-change and extra recommended services around this project were appropriate and fairly priced. What stood out was the excellent customer service, timely call-backs, and how personable Simon was. The facility is modern, clean/ beautiful, and a pleasure to visit!

We were charged $660 for this mechanic to do NOTHING on our car. Absolutely, positively NOTHING. My husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start or even turn off properly and said it was stuck in Drive and that it had a transmission fault. Google search indicated a likely transmission fault or bad sensor. We had it towed to Simon's. They said they didn't have the machine there to diagnose the problem but had it at their other location in Tewksbury, so they towed the car there to run the diagnostic. It took a WEEK to get the car back, and they said it needed a new transmission for over $6000. We opted to do nothing, and get the car back. They charged us $660 for doing absolutely nothing at all to the car. This is way way WAY over what it should cost for a simple diagnostic.

I am a senior and have been needing repairs on my 2011Prius. I’ve been around cars and repairs all of my life. Just getting to the point of not wanting to do my own anymore. These are the most polite, fair and thorough auto repair people I have had since my previous mechanic retired and moved away They dropped and picked me up at my house. Called to let me know the extent of repairs needed and get authorization before doing the work. I never asked for a price or quote, (call me crazy). When I picked up the car was absolutely amazed at how very reasonable the total price was. They are great people to do business with. The garage and waiting areas are extremely clean and well organized Tell them I recommended them

This is a FANTASTIC service center. I had a total car emergency where the hood of my car came loose while driving from NYC to Maine. Simon's fit me in completely last minute and fixed the issue that another mechanic had created with the hood latch system. Total heroes! They were so kind and charged me such a reasonable fee. The fix got me all the way to Maine and back to NYC. I'm incredibly grateful - thank you Simon's!
