The customer service is always excellent—everyone is friendly, professional, and upfront about what needs to be done. They’re honest about any issues, never push unnecessary work, and always do their best to give fair, competitive prices. They even manage to squeeze me in last minute for things like safety checks, which I really appreciate. It’s so refreshing to have a shop you can truly trust! This is it. Been taking my Saab/Volvo/BMW to Gary,Johnny for 28yrs(and now Nick). Literally other shops send their problems to this shop to be solved..really. These guys are honest, kind and know foreign and domestic cars. Your welcome..you now have a master mechanic. ;-)

I had the best experience at International Auto! My local mechanic was unable to evaluate the check engine code on my Mercedes. They referred me to International Auto. They were able to evaluate what was going on right away. I was so pleasantly surprised when they called to tell me that they believed Mercedes actually had an extended emissions warranty for my issue and they recommended I called the dealership. Come to find out the repair is actually covered by the dealership!!! I was ready to drop $2000 to have this issue fixed. I can’t tell you how amazing it feels to find such a trustworthy mechanic! Gary is a very honest and fair businessman. I have been bringing my Volvo to him for service since 2012 and have never been disappointed. The work is always done professionally, in a timely manner and at a fair price. Gary is very good about communicating any issues that are found and any options that are available in proceeding with the repair. Gary and his team are the best in the industry... they have the best business model! I had heard about Gary's business thru a close friend, that told me that he had stopped going to the auto dealers because of the high prices and how impersonal they treated you. You never get to talk to the person that had worked on your car. I also felt that all the money that these car dealerships charge me go into building these mansion car dealers..
