Thank you to Joe for towing my vehicle and providing excellent service! Arrived within minutes and was kind, respectful, and helpful. He was very efficient with getting the vehicle maneuvered out of my garage, loaded up, and on the way to the repair shop in no time. Overall great experience!

Thank you Bob's! My Jeep died on me and the tow truck driver was there within half an hour or less of my call. Communication with the shop was wonderful, and Heather was so pleasant on the phone. Service from the guys in the shop was excellent. As a single gal, I so appreciate this kind of customer service.

After a crash Bob’s was amazing at getting my road safe again. They notified me of an issue with my brakes and fixed that as well. Their communication was wonderful, I never had to ask for an update, I was just always told what was happening to my car and when. They even went above and beyond and took my car next door to get an estimate on the cosmetic work that will need to be done.

AAA sent a service person from Bob’s when my car wouldn’t start. He started the vehicle and suggested that I call their retail location to check battery availability when he found he didn’t have the correct one on the truck. I was able to drive there and was back on the road about an hour later.
