Had a flat. Got the spare on and took it to bobs with it being close by. I was in and out with a patched tire within 30 minutes. It was 30 dollars to get it patched. Only thing that was a little different was instead of putting the spare back in the spot in the trunk they just threw it in the trunk. Not a big deal but when I have had it done at other places they would have at least ask. But overall a good experience.

I have used Bob’s Tire for many years, always had great service was never disappointed. However, the past year has not been the same. I took my car in for inspection in March and the brakes should not have been passed. They should’ve been replaced to be inspected. I had to take my car on Thursday to have the brakes replaced. The gentleman told me that the brakes have been bad for a very long time much before March I needed brake lines, calibers and rotors the whole works. Not to mention six weeks ago, I took my car in because I had bubbles on the side walls of both tires on the driver side, front and rear. He explained to me that it was from hitting potholes. Bobs tires was so good to me. They took me in quickly, as I needed a tire patch due to a screw being in it. They had me in and out in 20 minutes and it was very affordable. I will forever be taking me car here not just because they had quick service, but they were very kind people and I can appreciate an auto repair shop like this that has been around for decades! Thank you!!

Take pictures of your wheels prior to getting your tires changed. Noticed all 4 of my wheels were scratched and and scored at the same spot. They told me that it was impossible that their mounting machine caused the scratches and scoring. Congratulations! You did the impossible. Also, insist they torque your lug nuts to the proper spec. What a bunch of hacks.
