I received fantastic service!! I brought my car in for a bumper repair in the middle of December — the entire team worked hard over the holidays to get my car back to me on New Year’s Eve!! Everyone was so communicative, flexible, and kind. Although I greatly appreciated their speedy accommodations, their attention to detail left the biggest impression on me!! Heather helped me process a personal check to provide proof to my insurance and made sure I had extra physical copies of every document I needed. I also loved how clean the interior of my car felt when I picked it up. I highly recommend and will continue to revisit this shop for any future auto body needs :)

My daughter was hit by a car two weeks ago. Body and Paint Center of Hudson did an amazing job repairing her car. Brenda, George, Michael and all of the other employees are amazing. Body and Paint Center did work related to an insurance claim. They coordinated the scheduling of the work, the rent Rent-A-Car while they did the work and kept me informed all the way through the process. Definitely five star service. Based on the job they did I’m going to use them for work that’s not insurance related in the near future!

Tom and his team are my go-to body shop. They are transparent, set good expectations, and exceed them. Tom was familiar with my vehicle type and understood the nuances of the job, guaranteeing it would come out well. The insurance process was seamless, and most of all, they did an amazing job! The car was super clean when it was returned, and the repair was completely invisible. The paint is a perfect match!
