Jonatas is a highly skilled technician. Whenever I stop by for service, he always has his hands dirty working on something, he's unstoppable! Whenever there's an issue, Jonatas explains everything that needs to be done and why it needs to be done. He even suggests future repairs or maintenance based on the current condition of the car when you bring it in and he's super flexible about all of it. This is a true and honest repair shop. I appreciate your kindness; however, I’m concerned about the work performed. My original visit was for rear brake replacement. I confirmed experience with electronic brakes, but the vehicle had to be returned three times before the issue was addressed. and there is now a leak in the left rear. Being told this requires another paid service is frustrating, as it appears related to work already completed. I’ve invested a significant amount of money with your shop and expected these issues to be resolved correctly unfortunately I need to go elsewhere..u can see the oil from the back left tire ..

I contacted Fix Auto for a muffler delete on my Honda Civic. Their customer service, an team is great. They made sure to get it just right and they way I wanted it, while also not rushing anything. Their team is great and very understanding. Will definitely come back and/or reach out to Jonathan with any more work I may have in the future, or just for input and questions alone. Very satisfied
