Stellar customer service! I’ve been to multiple dealerships in the past few months looking for two things: a good vehicle and good, honest, straight forward customer service. My purchase with Samantha was outstanding. At my request, she had the vehicle started, warmed up and ready for me to test drive. She was knowledgeable about the car, and one question that she was unsure about, she was honest and got me the info when we returned. She was quick and efficient, respecting my tight time schedule, and did not pressure me at all in any way. When talking finance, Jourdan was kind and respectful. No pressure and no games. Bought my current truck at Colonial. Inquired today about getting prcing and trading it for a truck that's on their lot. I was told they're transitioning (whatever that means), pricing would only be good today, so could I make it in by end of the day? I replied that I couldn't (I'm 60+ miles away and have other commitments today.) The reply: "Ok great, well you have yourself a great day there sir." Wow. Sales must be REALLY GREAT when you can tell your existing customers looking to do business again to erf off.

My experience with this dealership has been exceptionally unsatisfactory. Several issues have arisen and remain unresolved. Initially, a vehicle was advertised for sale for which the title had not yet been received by your office, preventing the completion of the sale on December 26th. Subsequently, on December 31st, I was contacted and informed that the title had arrived, which proved to be inaccurate. Despite this, the dealership proceeded with the transaction without the title. During this process, I inquired about the inclusion of a soft top for the Jeep Wrangler, as it was advertised as such. The dealership's lack of knowledge regarding this feature was concerning.
