The Garage

I went to The Garage with no appointment after my car started shaking aggressively on the highway during my morning commute. They immediately started troubleshooting, cleared the ice and snow from my tire rims and sent me on a test drive. It would've been easy for them to tell me they needed to check it out and charge me in the process, but they prioritized getting the problem fixed so I could safely get back to work. I appreciated the direct response and free assistance, and will be bringing my car back when something else pops up!

I had my car towed here when I broke down in Worcester. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they let me know that they’d get to work on my car as soon as they got back the following Monday. I was expecting to get my car back about the middle of the week, but I got a call Monday saying my car will be ready to be picked up at 2:30. Had a misfire on cylinder four and the coil and spark plug on that cylinder was replaced along with all the other spark plugs. Super reasonable price and I can’t believe how quick they were! I’m so happy with their service. They got the little details right. I asked if they could change my oil while they were at it, since it was well overdue (I was being lazy about getting it done), and they made sure the maintenance light was reset after and even gave me a lit

I am from NY when driving out I had a nail in my tire. The men were super nice and helpful!! If I lived in Mass. I would go here!! Thank you guys💕

Chris and Collin were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me to fix my AC within hours and patiently explained the mechanics behind it. The price is extremely reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

These guys are the best! They’re always honest with me and have never overcharged. I haven’t taken my car anywhere but to them since the first repair I needed.
