Driving through from Colorado and our A/C went out - and we’re pulling a camper with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Needed a mechanic off of I20 and so called Bohlen’s and they were able to get us right in, get the right part delivered, and get our vehicle a/c fixed same day. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality and professional mechanic in Madison, we are grateful to be cool as we drive the rest of the way through Georgia. THANK YOU!

Great place to get your vehicles fixed, they are always busy but seem to be able to fix anything in an emergency as quickly as they can. They have always given us good honest work without being over priced even if we needed something done asap. They don't try to fix things that don't need fixing. The prices have always been reasonable if not cheaper than other places. They even worked with us on a warranty claim and ordered the parts before all the paperwork had come through so when it did they could get the job done as soon as possible for us. Have nothing but praise for their work as it has always been done to a high standard and have felt assured by them if we have any problems we could take it back there and they would sort it out but haven't needed to. 5 stars isn't even enough to sho

Very fair garage and thorough. Will give you honest assessment and not gouge. I had a brake emergency, was new in town and other issues. They fixed my car prompt and fast, assessed the other problem and it saved me a whopping $850! I highly recommend these guys. Doesn't get any better!

On a trip from north Ga to our hunting club, my dad and I broke down in Madison pulling an 18' trailer with a tractor on it. I searched for a tow service and a garage and found that Bohlens was a full service shop and had great reviews. So I called them up, within 15 min Mr Bohlen was there to get us with the rollback, even hooked to our trailer and pulled it as well. They thought it was the distributor, put a new one on (hadn't been changed in 8 yrs), that wasn't the problem. Ended up being the crank position sensor...truck would turn over but wouldn't ever fire (like a distributor problem). He didn't charge us for the labor on the distributor even after we said go ahead and leave it in. He gave us the parts at HIS cost as well!
