Extremely EXTREMELY rude woman at the front desk. I mean just absolutely hateful for no reason at all. I was very respectful and kind to her was literally just picking up an online order and was met with hostility and a smart attitude. Not my fault you hate your job no need to take your anger out on customers that didnt even do anything.
I think they are awesome. My late husband (Larry Shaw) always traded with them and now I trade with them. Super nice people & always treat me with the up most respect. I highly recommend them.....

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well stocked and they can order if special stuff is needed. Usually takes 24 hours to get it in the store. I use them regularly.
Probably one of the best Napa stores I've ever been in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , great stock of parts and supplies. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of Napa. Well priced also.
