We have used MCC for over 20 years for all our car care needs. I was upset when I heard John was leaving the business because I was afraid the quality of the work and the customer service would go down. I have been pleasantly surprised that it’s actually gotten BETTER since the change in management. Billy is still there and it’s always a pleasure. Also the addition of a full time receptionist/office manager is a game changer. She’s on top of everything and is very thorough. We are so pleased.
