GREAT SERVICE, GREAT RATE, A COMPETENT SHOP THAT DOESN'T GAUGE CUSTOMERS: I was on my way to SC coming from Atlanta and my truck was having "the shakes", some sort of low-level, continuous vibration I could feel in the chassis but not in the steering wheel. This vibration was on at all times, at any speed over 60. It was so bothersome, I had to stop to try to find a shop. Mike's Tire Depot was just a few miles down i-20, with a 4.9 rating. I drove to the shop and was taken care of immediately. The young fellow whom I spoke with listened to my explanations, checked my tires, told me it could be a problem with the tire balance -- but no guarantee. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. These guys are great. They are efficient, fast and fair. I brought my vehicle in because I had a tire with a slow leak. They identified the problem (a nail in the tire), pulled the nail, and repaired the tire in less than 15 minutes—when I had expected to lose a couple of hours of mt Saturday morning. They also charged a nominal fee, which I doubled because they saved me so much time and were very courteous and friendly.

From Texas heading to the East coast we picked up a nice size nail in a tire. Pulling into the hotel in Madison I looked up a place to fix the tire. Mike’s is everything the reviews say. The men were quick, friendly and helpful. It’s was $10 to fix our tire and about 10 minutes but only because we had a couple people in front of us. I hope their business thrives and am really grateful they got us on the road quickly.

Took my car in this morning because I had a a bolt in my tire and the tire pressure kept dropping. They were so quick and easy to work with. Everyone was friendly and so kind. They got the bolt out and fixed the tire within 5 minutes. Super thankful for them getting my car fixed so quickly!

These guys got us in and out real quick right before they closed. They were super courteous and their prices are fair. I would go here again for any tire work.
