My van died and I towed it to BOI PRO. Engine was smoking and my AC and wiper didn’t work. These guys fixed everything quickly and at a reasonable price. Happy with the service.

Pepe, the manager is a very HONEST may, those are hard to find, as well his shop does great work…. To say again he is honest and stands behind the work the shop does. My daughter’s car was basically totaled, the left front tire was detached from the axel and the fender was banged up. I just happened to see Pepe’s shop as I was looking for someone to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate and a fair price, I can tell you if you need some work done then you need to go see Pepe at BOI Pro Auto on Broadway, you can trust him and his work

I had a lot of electrical issues that was caused by wheel sensors. I took it to 3 different mechanics only to have them give me the run around and quote me ridiculous amount of money because, well, I’m just a girl. I took it to BOI for a fourth opinion and they had my car fixed and ready in a day! They were honest about the cost and were quick and efficient. Pepe is a great manager. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and upfront about what was causing all the problems and how they would fix it. I’ll bring my car here for all my car issues and have recommended friends to come here as well. They’re just honest people who work hard and efficiently.

BOI auto replaced my power steering pump a few months ago and have not had any problems with it. Even took the time to make sure the pump was running properly (turns out the replacement part was a bad lemon and they reinstalled another new pump without an extra charge to make sure the car was running right) Eloy and his team do a great job! I’d recommend.

They installed the splashguard on our vehicle, only to have it fall off less than ten days later. We paid for new parts to have them reinstall it again with the deal they would cover labor. They agreed. It's been less than a month for the second time around and the parts they just reinstalled fell off again. Living on the island I really want to support local, but this place scammed us with bad work.
