Very friendly, however they made me wait an hour the day I picked up the car. The car I had was dirty and stinky. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a final invoice for reimbursement from my insurance company, and she doesn't have the capability to do so I guess. She keeps sending me my credit card receipt. After sending her an example of what I actually need she ending up saying she can't do it. Now I'm stuck paying $460. For 5 days with an awful car.

This is a scam. Went to address…the office building was closed. Phone went to a full mailbox. RUN AWAY!!!!

Made booking They moved locations a year ago according to office and refuse to update their info Couldn’t call or message to get info for pick up location Don’t waste your time

I turn to travel a lot to Minessota for family, Now Bonvoyagaecarrental is part of my family as I would continue to used them because of thier exceptional Customer Service. the also offer a free Shuttle service to thier office located like 5mins from the airport.

I set up a rental and when I showed up at the address there was no car s as no no company. I called and no call back. Makes me think this was a scam.
