Did a great job repainting my hood that was chipped up bad from a previous owner

If i could give 0 stars i would. Only used them since they are located in my area. They had my car for over a week and a half & for 2-3 days of work, with no updates given to me during this time. I had to take it back after i got it back because the “new” bumper was damaged and the paint was bubbling where they did work. This is when they had it for 6 more days. I Also noticed they drove my car without my permission as i have an airtag on my fob and in vehicle, this i thought was the most unprofessional thing i encountered not to mention the customer service, what customer service????. I am all for local small businesses but I would stay clear of this place, I would NEVER trust them to do any kind of work to anyones car. It has been the best experience i've ever had dealing with auto body repairs. It hasnt been picked up yet. the experience with talking to Shannon, I know he cares that its done right, and in a timely fashion. I did get the vehicle back a few days ago. the paint was done perfect. it looks better then it did before the accident. Highly recommend their services.
