I really like getting my 2 Hyundai's serviced at Marks in Belvidere because they have competent staff, great mechanics and clean service and waiting areas. Pete and Javier run an efficient office and I was very impressed with the mechanical work that Dan and Vern have done to my cars. I find the recommended service listings they provide to be extremely helpful. They allow me to plan and prioritize the maintenance I get done so I have confidence that these cars will deliver 200,000+ trouble-free miles. Their prices seem to be very fair and perhaps better than average. Highly recommended!

Marks Auto goes out of their way to give quality service to their customers. My wife’s car would not start last week. We were possibly going to have AAA tow her car to Marks. I tried to call Marks to find out where to leave the car, but it was after hours. The next day Pete from Marks called me because he saw that I called. He wanted to check to see if everything was alright. That was totally unexpected, but very appreciative.

Marks auto came highly recommended and now I know why. Randy did a great job communicating and working with me to get my car back out on the road, SAFELY, and within budget. I had expected to leave my car for a few days but he had it ready within 24 hours! Setting the appt was easy, online. Dropped off after hours via the key drop. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend these gentlemen to any one for any of your car repair needs. I have not had to have any major repairs only general maintenance so far but I will say they have always been honest with me and have never tried to up sell me on any services that I came in for. The facility there is clean and respectful they have a nice waiting area with complementary drinks and snacks and I have always been kept informed of progress of work going on or of found concerns with my vehicle.Marks auto service in belvidere is a well rounded service shop and other shops need to take note of how they conduct their business and how they carry themselves with their customers because this is how you keep your customers and become a successful professional and profitable business
