Great used car buying experience all around. Gary was easy to work with and honest, I bought a 2014 Honda crv and couldn't be happier! If you need a good reliable used vehicle, it's definitely worth a drive to Belvidere Illinois to see Gary for a great deal.

Overall great experience. They were respectful and straightforward. They were very flexible on the price and gave me a generous amount for my trade in more than expected. All the transactions and paperwork were fast and easy. Would recommend.

I honestly don't know how to review this. The Good: I bought a 2010 silver ford escape in December of 2023. The service of actually buying the car was wonderful. No hassle and very quick. Kerry was wonderful and very helpful while the owner was away in Alaska on vacation. The bad: it has been nearly two years and i have not received my title. I asked my family about it to dee if it was ever delivered to my old address and they didn't know (or care). I have the title transfer form in my documents but no title and the document says the title would have been delivered by mail. EDIT: i called and the title was issued and he was even able to give me a title number for it so now its just a DMV issue. Thank you for taking the time to help me out!
