Where do I even begin?! I called ahead and specifically asked for an engine diagnostic, and I was told it would be $100. I dropped the car off, and later they sent me pictures and said it needed spark plugs—which I had already replaced BEFORE dropping it off. I asked them, “Did you actually look at the spark plugs?” Their response? NO. So how do you “diagnose” a problem without even checking the part you’re blaming?! That should have been a red flag right there, but I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt. They said they’d look into it more. Three days later, I had to call them, only to be told that now it needs a deeper diagnosis that costs more money. Why couldn’t you have said that from the very beginning?!
