I recently went to Bow Auto Parts looking for a replacement for a cracked rim for my 2095 Mercedes. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back from Tom early Monday morning. I decided to go in to go in. Tom was very helpful and since they didn’t have the rim I needed suggested dons other options which worked out. He texted me the link and I successfully purchased it. He was both patient knowledgeable. and very helpful. 5*****

Tom was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get a pair of snow tires at last minute before a storm. I ended up with studded snow tires that exceeded my expectations that met my budget. I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts. If you’re lucky… Tom may be working!!

He explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Not only reasonably priced, but Mark helped order the part and keep me updated, as well as providing info to my mechanic so the process was seamless. Tom was at the front desk when I arrived and helped collect my order, both men were so helpful and I’m very happy with how this turned out. I will definitely be back, thank you Bow auto parts!!
