Owner was fantastic to work with, communicated well and the work from his shop was outstanding. My first experience with this shop and owner but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now.

I was searching for a new body shop after a previously poor experience with another shop and I am so glad I chose Bumper To Bumper! Nate was so extremely kind, professional and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. My car was finished within a very short and reasonable amount of time which was very appreciated. After my previous experience with the other shop, Bumper To Bumper exceeded my expectations. I highly highly recommend choosing this shop!

Best workmanship I've seen, I have been in the Fleet business for over 35 years, literally I have transported vehicles from Cape Cod to be repaired at Bumper to Bumper. Quality work, great prices, best there is locally and worth traveling for if need be.

I’m am very happy with the results. Nate took me in for appraisal the same day I called (after hours), provided me with an estimate the same night, picked up the car from my work (big help for a full time working mom) and took care of all the headache connected with insurance. Also, at the pick up my BMW looked polished and the rims were shiny. Professional service and great attention to details. Thank you

Sorry - cannot agree. They totally ghosted a friend of mine who they promised not to ghost. The owner gave her a quote but when she tried to schedule an appointment they ignored her. The owner knew the work had to be done to meet an inspection requirement and promised not to leave her hanging. The period for inspection came and went with no response from the company even though multiple messages were left with the business. My friend had to pursue an alternative fix to the issue which resulted in an approved inspection report. To this date Bumper to Bumper has never responded to my friend. A poor business practice. .
