Grappone Ford Service

Pickup and delivery on my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech was very thorough, checking everything underneath. The service writer, very communicative start to finish and delivery back to my workplace. Reasonably priced, great work, no hassle. Just doesn't get any better than that.

On the phone, when scheduling service for 3 tasks, I wanted to include looking into a concern I had with my Ford. The rep on the phone said I should talk to the Service people when I come in. When I came in the Service Desk reps hadnt heard of the problem and didnt seem interested in looking into it. But rather told me to 'schedule an appt to look into it.' Seemed like there was more energy invested in avoiding my concern than addressing it. But they did change my oil. (Big deal. I drove past several oil service shops on my 40 min drive to Grapponni.)

I’ll start by saying I bought my Raptor from another local dealer and won’t be going back there. I was teamed up with Seth when I dropped my truck off for a horn issue and a couple other items. From start to finish, these guys went above and beyond — especially with the warranty coverage and overall customer service. Huge thanks to everyone there. I know it’s more than just the guys up front, and as someone who works in the industry myself, I truly appreciate being treated this well. They’ve absolutely earned a customer for life

Came in with a flat tire on my 3 hour trip home to VT. They fit me in. Everyone was incredibly kind and efficient. I had coffee and snacks in their comfortable waiting area. They diagnosed and told me the tire was too damaged to repair and put on my spare tire. I was there a little more than an hour and the best thing was she told me there would be no charge. What a wonderful experience in a really tough situation.

Grappone Ford service was fantastic. From the ease of making the appointment, to the call and video regarding my car and what needed to be done, the experience was great. This is my first electric car and they have a dedicated technician who only works in the electric vehicles so that was another level of comfort. I highly recommend GrapponeFord Service.
