Expensive. also reattached a sensor incorrectly. They did not use the mounting on the car for the sensor. They just let it dangle and it eventually got damaged

I recently had tires put on and was supposed to have a alignment done. for one i dropped the vehicle of in the morning therefor I was unable to drive for the whole day. they put one of the tires on the wrong direction compare to the other 3, and when I went to pick it up they said they "didn't have time to do the alignment" even through it was on the alignment rack all afternoon. they didn't bother to tell or even call. would not recommend

This is a long one. A couple of months ago I made an appointment with Bowen's Garage to have a Smart Start interlock device installed (Yes, I'm very embarrassed and ashamed). It was scheduled out three weeks and I mentioned that I live an hour away. I arrived there, my father drove, and I handed them the keys. I politely asked how long installation takes. The kid doing the install replied that it takes one to three hours, depending on when he can get to it. I sat there with my elderly, disabled father for three hours while the inexperienced, young man working on it walked around, played on his phone, ate a sandwich and conversed with his coworkers. I was recommended to go there by my friend, other place I went to beforehand had lied and scammed me. I was looking for a trustworthy place to get my oil change. As I went there, I felt unwelcomed. They asked why I’m there and mentioned I have an appointment that I made online. Didn’t get the email confirmation and said I should’ve called. But I didn’t know. I felt like they didn’t want me there. Even though I still had a chance to get my oil change and I appreciate that, but it was not welcomed! I can’t be in places with poor attitude! Poor customer service!!

I love these guys. When I first moved to town I called a few places for tires and Bowen’s was the friendliest and least expensive, so I went to them. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them ever since. Small town family friendly down to earth vibes at a fair price.
