Can't say enough about the service that Ron provided. My daughter goes to school in River Falls and noticed a grinding sound from the rear of her car. Even though every auto repair shop in the area (including Jensen Automotive) was booked past Christmas, Ron was able to look at the car, determine the rear brakes were shot, and quickly replace them (without an appointment). His main concern was to make sure the car was safe to drive but was also able to fix it so she could drive home for the holidays. We had several conversations over the phone and he was great to talk to. As a father who's not from that area, I'm very grateful for the service and genuine care Ron @ Jensen Automotive provided. Won't hesitate to go back if my daughter needs service in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Jensen Automotive in River Falls. They’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once. On two separate occasions, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose issues with my vehicle — spending hours researching and testing — and didn’t charge me a single penny. One of those times, they even dug into online forums and discovered that the expensive $1,000 “fix” the dealership recommended wouldn’t have solved my problem at all. That kind of honesty and dedication is rare these days. I have fully switched over from Tire Pros in Hudson because they are nowhere near as honest and don't stand behind their manufacturers parts like Jensen does. Amazing service!!! I was having sudden brake problems and Ron was able to squeeze in an appointment for me on very short notice, as well as completely fix the issue.

We had Ron and his team evaluate a used truck we were looking at purchasing for our son. Ron and his team did a thorough and thoughtful job evaluating it. They were patient and careful in their explanations and went above and beyond in their work. A totally upfront, kind and considerate shop. Do not hesitate to work with guys.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I've been here a couple of times now and have even had a car towed to them. They are honest and communicate well. Not pushy and don't try to sell unnecessary services
