River Falls Tire Co

The people of River Falls, WI have an absolute treasure with River Falls Tire. The service is incredible. I mean that very literally. And the shop is basically "old fashion" honest. I'm 77 and have had many, many encounters with car shops, dealerships, and hundreds ... likely thousands of businesses. River Falls Tire is the BEST I've ever encountered. They NEVER "stick it to you". If they told me that my car needed me to drive it off a cliff I would start getting my affairs in order. That is how much I trust them to be straight with me. The city is blessed having them.

I am from out of town and had unexpected issues with my brakes. They were able to get everything resolved and fixed in the same day. They even had to work with warranty company to get reimbursed. Thank you for all your efforts. It is much appreciated!

During a 4 hour trip from home I had a sudden shake in the steering wheel of my car. To top it off I had two of my kids in the car. With it being a Friday and end of business. It was difficult to find any shop that could look at my car so we could make it home safely. River Falls Tire got us in quickly, replaced a bad tire and got us back on the road within an hour. They were amazing from start to finish, I can't recommend them enough.

This place need to learn education, manners and apriciation for the costumer specially customer service its a shame to say that even walmart has better service and customer apriciation than here ITS SHAME!!

I've been taking all of my vehicles here for years and they have always managed the perfect trifecta - the most honest, the best work, and the fairest priced. Finding a place like this that you can rely on when you need to take your car in (something we all hate doing, but need to) is a gem. So happy I found these guys.
