I had a great experience purchasing my Wright ZK with bagger for my business. They are always willing to help out and make sure you’re taken care of.

I'm now returning my Ariens mower under warranty for the 4th time. The last time I was told that the oil level was low and I was charged for the inspection. I have videos over the last two years of the mower flooding out after about 20 minutes of mowing. The problem has been consistent and nothing has been fixed.

Great place, I bought my SCAG Cheetah there years ago. Had a problem getting it going this spring. Stopped by and the young lady out front gave me some helpful advice in locating the main fuse. Found it, blown. Replaced it, back in business. Thanks for the help.

In the recent months I purchased a great mower not from them. After speaking to Sam they gave me the best fair tarde in value so I can purchase a wright mower. Since day one Sam has been very understanding and very helpful with this process. I highly recommend this place and I will be purchasing more equipment from them in the future.

I visited this location twice to repair my lawnmower and both times left dissatisfied. The first time, I let it go. The following year, I called to have the deck belt replaced and made it clear that was all I needed. I was told it would take one week, but it ended up taking almost three weeks. I was charged $350 for the belt change. When I called to inquire about the charges, they said they replaced the blades and two belts. I questioned why they changed everything since I had replaced the blades the previous year. Their response was some unconvincing excuse. I explicitly told them I wasn’t interested in replacing other parts. They failed to communicate with me or their tech teams. The entire experience was frustrating and a bigger headache than it was worth. I won’t be coming back here ag
