Misdiagnosed the problem as a ruined ECM. I figured out on my own it was just a blown fuse and a short but lost a full day of work. Luckily the place I had bought a replacement ECM gave me a refund. This guy is completely amateur.
Don't let this guy scam you! Paid him 1015 to fix my car and its back in the shop costing me another 1200 for the exact same part that he supposedly fixed!!
Honest work and communicative; would definitely recommend for any student looking for auto repairs.
