Oil change service as a walk in and requested if they can check all fluids were sufficient which they agreed. Received Good service and employees were welcoming . My daughter's car hadn't been driven since her husband began health issues 2 years ago which led to his demise 11 mths ago. Now she needed to get it ready for the road as a back up car since their children are ready to drive. Employee Vance gave us suggestion from his inspection that the car had a gas leak problem. Which he implied the urgency to have the fuel pump replaced as the most important of the 3 issues found from their inspection. We thanked him for the information and agreed the car not to be driven until we can have it fixed. I'm glad that Vance's inspection of the car went further than just checking the other fluid

I went in for an oil change on Friday, Nov 28 and my car has been leaking oil on to my driveway since my oils change , my whole bottom of my car is completely covered in oil, dipstick was completely dry when I pulled it out, this is completely unacceptable in a business and could cause serious damage to my car, I would like to speak to an owner or someone who knows what they’re actually doing a with a vehicle, my car is a 2024 Hyundai Elantra and should not be leaking, I have no other problems with the vehicle and have not since before this, also tried to charge my for a engine air filter when I just got I replaced a month ago😂

Had an oil change on 1-17-25. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and have never had any issues until today. The technician who serviced my car in December forgot to put back the engine air filter. Jennifer told me I had to pay $40 to replace it since it was missing. She extremely RUDE! I explained to her that no one services my car but brake masters. She basically left me standing at the counter she walked back to the shop. As I was being checked out I asked if the filter was replaced and it was NOT since I didn’t pay. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he was just as RUDE. As I was driving out I heard a noise and this is what I found, the technician didn’t attach the cover properly. What horrible technicians and staff

After speaking to them numerous times and being told I was next in line only to find out I wasn’t I did feel the need to post and let people know. The other times I went I had better service by a different staff. Service has obviously gone down. An oil change is a quick turn around service and waiting more than 2 hours after having a set appointment - and still not having your vehicle even moved into the bay is poor service. What’s worse is each time speaking to the same person they didn’t know my name or vehicle. I realized I was wasting my time which is the whole reason for having an appointment. So if I can offer information to save someone else from spending an afternoon experiencing what I did then I will. Do what you choose with your own personal experiences and service as will I. Ha
