They were amazing! Very informative and helpful. They fit my car in after I had an emergency stop on my 1,3000 mile trip. No appointment necessary and I was out in 1 hr with everything fixed. Made it to my destination safe and sound thanks to them. THANK YOU!

Overall the service here was outstanding. Barry took my phone call and got my car in to be seen within about an hour of my initial phone call for a free consultation. Barry even took the extra time to show me on my car what needed to be corrected and discuss the issues with me in a courteous manner. I had an issue with a brake clip rubbing on a rotor causing a constant squeal. I stopped by brakes plus and talked to the manager Jason who told me to bring it in when it was convenient for me. I came back the next day they fixed the issue in 20 minutes and had me underway. They were very friendly and informative, and I will definitely come back for future service.

The Delaware Ave Brakes Plus has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to the car service world. Yes, you will get standard "car maintenance" labor prices, but the fact that they will bring you out into the bay to show you what's going on WITHOUT you having to pry at them about an explanation? That's what sells their services for me. Another point I'd like to bring up is that I went to the Oralabor location originally. They had messed up the service I went in for AND they charged me for a brake flush when I didn't need it! In hopes of getting better customer service, I arrived at the Delaware location and they showed up, big time. Not only did they do the job properly, they made it right after my unfortunate experience with the other location. Today, I returned with my second vehicle

A different company quoted me for brakes I didn’t need and wouldn’t tell me how many mm I had left on them—I got my second opinion here; Barry checked my brakes told me what they were at and then took me back to show me what exactly he was talking about. Really really great!!! No cost to checking and they took the road grime and dirt off them before sending me on my way. We will be back.
