Fast Tire Ankeny

I had a great experience with Fast Tire during a stressful situation. My truck broke down out of town, and they made it incredibly easy to schedule a next-day appointment and arrange for it to be towed in. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed and appreciated their clear communication. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, they were not able to resolve the issue my truck was experiencing. Even so, they were honest and direct about the situation and were extremely fair and generous with the bill. Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. If I ever need auto work done in Ankeny, I will not hesitate to bring my business to Fast Tire.

Was out of town and had a flat tire. I was with my three youngest kids and a 10-week old puppy, but the manager encouraged me to come anyway and didn't have a problem with us waiting in the lobby with our puppy. They got me in right away and were very thorough. They automatically completed a safety checklist for the entire car, added air to my spare tire, and provided various options to resolve our tire issue. They literally went above and beyond to provide excellent, individualized service. I was very impressed and thankful for their service .

Fast Tire in Ankeny was very fast and knowledgeable. I went in for a quote expecting I would need ti return to complete the actual work, but they had all the parts on hand and got it fixed the same day!
