Walked in the door worried and nervous, walked out the door relaxed and feeling comfortable i knew iwas in good hands. From the appearance of the lobby/shop to talking with the receptionist who explained the process and worked with the insurance company, to the adjuster who walked around the vehicle and took pictures from multiple angles all in my presence, and explained the estimate, to dealing with the shop tech who called me multiple times informing me as to the status of my car and then delivered on an amazing finished repair. You wouldn't know where it was wrecked if you were not in the crash. Very happy.

Caliber Collision really is top of the line. They did great work repairing my vehicle after an accident, and stayed in constant communication so I was aware how the progress was coming along. They were all extremely helpful in other areas as well, helping me with the rental process, keeping in touch with insurance, as well as making sure my new parts were up to standard.
